Policies: Returns, Refunds, Cancellations
Policies on returns, refunds, and/or cancellations:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Earrings: Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns.
- Other items (excludes earrings): handled on a case by case basis
- Refunds are only permitted for items that arrive broken or damaged. Refund will be submitted once the damaged items have been received by Anna Clayton Jewelry, LLC
- Timeframe for refunds is 7 days.
- A replacement item or credit will be shipped or provided within 14 business days.
We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed and/or shipped.
Conditions of Return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Standard/First Class shipping: Please note, if your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.
- If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
