Customs, duties, and taxes
Anna Clayton Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Anna Clayton Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns Policy
Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered (earrings may not be returned). Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 60 days, a merchandise credit will be issued for the original selling price.
